Analysis And Appraisal Of Chongqing Investment Environment

The study is focused on the evaluation measures of investment environment and the index system of evaluation of Chongqing. The paper studies actuality and problems of the foreign soft investment environment and hard investment environment of Chongqing such as politic environment, lawful environment, economic environment , geography conditions, basic establishment etc. Combining the features of Chongqing, the paper designs the evaluation measures of investment environment and the index system of evaluation of Chongqing. In the course of research, the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, systematic analysis and comparative analysis, normative study and case study etc are adopted. The results are following.First, compared to that of other relatively better province, there is a big gap in not only the soft investment environment but also the hard investment environment of Chongqing. Second, compared to that of other province, the geography of Chongqing is better, but the basic establishment possessed everyone is less. Third, the soft investment environment of Chongqing has being ameliorated step by step, but it is necessary to reform the management environment.In order to improve the investment environment of Chongqing, following polices are necessary. First, the government of Chongqing should polish up the construction of basic establishment. Second, it is necessary to cultivate the resource of manpower vigorously. Third, the market should be more opened to exchange investment and technology. Fourth, it is necessary to consummate the relative laws, perfect the government service system and its function.
