Chinese traditional society was a rural society,which emphasizes the diversity of regions,the imperial examination had caused scattering and intensive of the scholar-bureaucrat's native place, the scholar-bureaucrat group was formed by the rural society and the imperial examination, therefore,have formed successively the JiangXi's scholar-bureaucrat group with the chief of XieJun,YangShiqi,WangZhi in the time of YongLe to JingTai in Ming dynasty.The group possessed strong regional features, the local notion was quitely strong and the relationship of the village human was extremely close, the group menbers had cultured a large number of village human in order to sronge the group, as a result of complexity and polytropy between the JiangXi and the Non-JiangXi's scholar-bureaucrats.Besides, the key men of the group were in the confidential official duty, who affected deeply the politics of Ming dynasty, and affected to a certain extent the trend of Ming dynasty's destiny.The imperial power was expanded and stronged in period of Ming dynasty, a series of systems were established in order to strong the imperial power,as a result of the concentration highly of the imperial power,different sectors powers were mutual checked and balanced, occurrence of the politics were interfered by the Eunuchs, with the changes of Situation, the destiny of the JiangXi's scholar-bureaucrat and the misfortunes of the group was related with the Ming dynasty's political systems, the frustrations of individual destiny and the disintegration of group had becomed inevitable.This text attempts to explore the forming reasons of the JiangXi's scholar-bureaucrat group, the Condition of the group, the Influence of the Ming dynasty's politics with research method of combination of social history and political history, hoping to realize the bureaucracy relationship and the Ming dynasty's political changes.
