Objective : To investigate the timing of trepanation and drainage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and the relationship between the scope of cerebral edema and the timing of surgery. Methods: 86 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2013.All of these patients will be used to provide traction in parallel drilling drainage treatment. Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage occurred in patients 40 patients(less than 12 hours group) had been treated less than 12 hours, the rest were more than 12 hours(46 cases more than 12 h group). Then compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results:â‘  The total effective rate and cure rate of less than 12 h group were higher than 12 h group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); â‘¡ in less than 12 hours after the group, cerebral edema ratio exceeds the range of operation is 12 hours significantly smaller group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion : Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage would have a good prognosis, when they got to draw drainage treatment less than 12 hours..
