The Curative Effect Research Of Plasma Cell Mastitis In Treatment Of Integrated Traditional And Western Medicine

Objective: To explore the treatment method for decrease the relapse after operation,and the validity of after operation, induce the summary compares the curative effect and relapse rate of plasma cell mastitis in operation combine with the Chinese materia medica. Methods: The data of 35 patients plasma cell mastitis in Xinjiang Hopistal of Chinese medicine between February, 2002一March, 2009. Which were pathological diagnosed were retrospectively analyed. According to syndrome differentiation of symptoms and signs. It is divided into operation combine with the Chinese materia medica (therapy group) and pure operation (control group) , according to the treatment method dissimilarity. all the patients adopt the Surgical operation, type of operation: lump resection.The therapy group is treated by taked orally Chinese materia medica after accepted operation, the control group is 15 to adopt the operation treatment. All case after carry on the operation with follow-up visit, through March, half a year, a year of with follow-up visi, the curative effect observation and long-term with follow-up visit, compare with the improvement symptom and signed and recrudescent in this 35 patients. Results: All the 35 of patients curing. therapy group has good curative effect, the treatment group is better than the control group in the clinical signs, the breast contour change, emotional factor, relapse rate. there is a very significant difference. Conclusion: Chinese materia medica have more advantage of the clinical curative effect, smaller hurt the scope, little of pain and sufferings, lower relapse the rate etc.
