| Objective: This study observed the kidney of diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients before and after syndromes in Chinese medicine and Western targets related to the changes of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treating diabetic kidney nephropathy evaluation and Chinese medicine treatment of this disease advantage.Methods: Selected 60 patients with DNâ…¢of Qi and Yin deficiency and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control and treatment of 30 patients, 30 patients on the basis of the basic treatment, the treatment group was treated with kidney soup, day 1. The control group was treated with Lotensin 10mg, once a day. Treatment for 4 weeks before and after treatment were observed in patients with TCM, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER ), serum C-reactive protein (CRP) changes in statistical analysis, determine the efficacy.Results: Clinical study found that after 4 weeks, compared two groups of Chinese medicine syndromes, treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.01); treatment serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were significantly improved (P<0.05), the control group did not change significantly, (P> 0.05); treatment group significantly reduced UAER and serum CRP, significantly different (P < 0.01), the control group decreased significantly, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01); two integrated effects before and after treatment compared to treatment group was significantly better than the control group, significant difference (P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Yishentang can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with DN.2.Yishentang can improve blood lipid levels in patients with early DN.3.Yishentang to reduce UAER in patients with early DN and serum CRP levels.
