A Clinical Study On Treating Osteoporotic Spinal Fracture After Percutaneous Vertebroplasty With Duzhong Tablet

Objective:To evaluate the effect and mechanism of actionof Duzhong tablet on Osteoporotic spinal fracture after percutaneous vertebroplastyMethods:90 cases of Osteoporotic spinal fracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty were divided randomly into blank compare group(30 cases,treated with calcitar))and compare group(30 cases,treated with Calcitar and Alendronate)and treatment group(30 cases,treated with Calcitar and Duzhong tablet.There were no statistic significance difference between three groups in the age,sex.Compare the visualanaloguescales score and the Stauffer-Coventry score,the density of IL-6 of three groups were after three weeks and six weeks.Results:There were no statistic difference in the visualanaloguescales score,the Stauffer-Coventry score and the density of IL-6 before treatment between three groups(P>0.05)The visualanaloguescales score,the Stauffer-Coventry score and the density of IL-6 obviously decreased comparing with the pretreatment level (P<0.01).There were no statistic difference in the visualanaloguescales score,the Stauffer-Coventry score and the density of IL-6 between treatment group and compare group after three weeks and six weeks (P>0.05)There were statistic difference in the visualanaloguescales score,the Stauffer-Coventry score between three groups(P<0.05).The density of IL-6 obviously decreased between treatment group and blank compare group after three weeks (P<0.01). The density of IL-6 decreased between compare group and blank compare group after three weeks(P<0.05).The visualanaloguescales score,the Stauffer-Coventry score and the density of IL-6 obviously decreased between treatment group and blank compare group after six weeks(P<0.01).There were no untoward effects between between treatment group and blank compare group after the treatment.There were mild untoward effects in seven cases of compare group.The main symptoms were Dry mouth,sicchasia,abdominal distention and Abdominal discomfort. The symptoms were disappearance after 2-5 days.Conclusions:Duzhong tablet which can decrease the density of IL-6 obviously can be used in the treatment of Osteoporotic spinal fracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty. It's worth popularizing in the treatment.
