| Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) is a common and frequently-occurring disease, which is close with the incidence of gastric cancer in severe CAG with moderate to severe intestinal metaplasia and severe dysplasia..In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine to the patients in the study of the pathogenesis explore the mechanism of clinical research and treatment are some progress which has been made.Under the guidance of the concept of diagnosis and giving of treatment a significant clinical effect, Chinese medicine treats this disease that shows a powerful advantage.After reviewing the progress of the past decade research on the basis of CAG,the research carry out a Clinical Study which Xiangsha Liujun Jiawei Decoction treat CAG.Objective:To observe the clinical curativate effect to treat of chronic atrophic gastritis (type of deficiency of the spleen and Stomach) by Xiangsha Liujun Jiawei Decoction, and to explore its possible mechanism and to provide effective prescriptions for the clinical treatment of atrophic gastritis.Methods:According to diagnosis standards, inclusion standards and elimination standards, 60cases with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis are selected.They are separated into two groups with random and comparison method, Treatment group and control group, which each group has 30 cases.the two groups in gender, age, main symptoms, signs, endoscopy and pathology has no significant differences (P>0.05).Of which 30 are in the treatment group with the administration of Xiangsha Liujun Jiawei Decoction, a day one dose which is divided into two times;30 are in the control group with the administration of Vitacoenzyme, a day twelve chips which is divided into three times, two groups are three months of a course of treatment. After the end of a course of treatment, we observed the effect of symptoms, signs, endoscopy and pathology both two groups before and after the treatment.Results:1.Clinical symptoms and signs efficacy:the treatment group in the stomach pain, eating, vomiting of water, is better than the control group(p<0.05), no significant difference efficacy between the two in the distention, liking compression and warmth, loose stools, shortness of speaking, etc (p>0.05).2.Stomach Mirror:in improving endoscopic mucosal in treatment group is significantly better than the control group (p<0.05). 3.Pathologic effects:the treatment group is bettet than the control group in improving atrophy and intestinal metaplasia (p<0.05);two groups are no significant difference in efficacy in the dysplasia (p>0.05).4.Xiangsha Liujun in the clinical application is of no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The correlation analysis shows that not only Xiangsha Liujun Jiawei Decoction in treatment of CAG of type of deficiency of the spleen and Stomach has a better clinical efficacy, but also significantly reverse chronic atrophic gastritis of the pathological state, which further reveals that the Xiangsha Liujun Jiawei Decoction treats chronic atrophic gastritis is reasonable, and prompt the mechanism which may be relate to resisting pathogens micro-organisms, regulating immunity, eliminating of inflammatory and pain, improving gastric mucosal microcirculation, enhancing gastric mucosal barrier removing oxygen free radicals, resisting tumor, promoting gastrointestinal motility, and anti-bile reflux. |
