Objective:Through the prospective study, the total colonic diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) with diarrhoea and its relationship with the distribution of age, sex, occupation, education level, duration, aggravating factors, anxiety and depression, the relationship between the emotional score, so as irritable bowel syndrome to help.Methods:On the basis of the literature, using epidemiological methods of investigation, collection of irritable bowel syndrome patients with diarrhea-type of TCM syndromes four diagnostic information, the establishment of databases; using descriptive statistics, chi-square test for statistical analysis, according to patients infected with Symptoms of different syndrome differentiation of TCM, respectively, the total diarrhea irritable colon syndrome type distribution and its relationship with age, sex, occupation, education level, duration, aggravating factors, emotional anxiety and depression score.Results:A total of 200 cases collected cases,82 cases were male, female 118 cases, male to female ratio was 1:1.44; the youngest 18 years old, maximum 78 years, average age (40.89±13.19) years.
