Study On Harbin Community Medical Service Satisfaction Degree Based On Multilevel Statistical Analysis Method

With the continuous development of the economy, people's living level is increasingly improved. People's demands for medical health services are also getting higher and higher at the same time. However, the current community medical care services can not meet people diversified and multi-level needs.It has resulted in the medical care difficult and expensive situation. So it is very necessary to build a evaluation model of city community medical service satisfaction degree by spot investigation and scientifically analyze and evaluate city community medical service satisfaction degree and corresponding influencing factors. The evaluation model in this paper will provide a solid theoretical foundation for further promoting the development of city community medical service evaluation system.In this paper, the existing problem of the traditional statistical regression analysis model is firstly analyzed, accordance with the existing problem, multilevel statistical analysis theory and modeling steps are described, and then the influencing factors of Harbin city community medical service satisfactory degree is analyzed to obtained high quality multilevel statistical indexes for evaluating community medical service satisfactory degree and build a multilevel statistical analysis model for Harbin city community medical service satisfactory degree, and finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are promoted for further improving medical service system buildings based on the analysis results. The detailed research contents are as follows:(1)Survey questionnaire quality analysis of Harbin city community medical service satisfactory degree. According to the different income levels of Harbin residents, we chose 11 locations for the questionnaire survey sites, conducted on-site investigations, and the questionnaires are recovered on the spot. SPSS 13.0 software is used to establish a database for data entry and statistical analysis.The a coefficients of reliability is 0.874 and 0.877, and the validity of the survey data is mainly evaluate its construction validity.(2) Building multilevel statistical analysis models. Due to the certain correlation among the usually obtained survey data, this makes the traditional statistical regression analysis model can not scientifically response the real situation of the evaluating objects. To solve this problem, a multi-level statistical analysis model is introduced into the community health care assessment system. In the building model process, we firstly use the traditional statistical analysis model to regress the survey data, and then continually improve the regress model by transforming and comparing the multi-level analysis models. In the course of a mathematical model,we firstly analyze the hierarchy of the survey data, and then establish the covariancce models, random coefficient models, scenario models after the continue transformation, and the complete models are built finally based on the hierarchy of the survey data. And we analyze and obtain the appropriate conditions between the complete model and the survey data by comparing the assessment effectiveness of these models.(3)The main influencing factors of affecting Chinese city community medical system building are obtained based on the analysis results of multilevel statistical models. The main influencing factors include the technical equipment levels, propaganda work of community medical institutions, and the national related policies.To aiming at every influencing factor, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for building and improvement community medical service systems. These suggestions include the first diagnosis system and two-way referral system and improvement of community medical personnel quality, strength of the equipment level of community medical institutions, adding community medical service into medical insurance, increasing the investment strength of national finance and other suggestions.With the continue and profound study of scholars and practice experience accumulation, the community medical institution building will continually develop up to a higher level,and build the reasonable distribution of "minor illness in community, serious disease in hospital", and further improve the use efficiency for medical resources. In the futher study of service satisfaction degree, the more data can be surveyed, the more scientific evaluation of service satisfaction degree can be got.
