Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of periheral pulmonary carcinoma by chest X-ray, HRCT, fibrobronchoscope tumor marker and sputum cytology. Methods: 427 cases of primary pulmonary cancer patients and 396 cases of benign lesion patients confirmed by pathology were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively from September, 2002 to September 2009. All cases had chest X-ray, HRCT, fibrobronchoscope and sputum cytology. Results: The accuracy of periheral pulmonary carcinoma by X-ray, HRCT, Sputum cytology, Fibrobronchoscopy, Tumor marker was 45.78%; 92.97%; 11.48%; 28.45% and 82.08%, The accuracy of combined measuremen was 93.44%. The susceptibility of periheral pulmonary carcinoma by X-ray, HRCT, Sputumcytology, Fibrobronchoscopy, Tumor marker was 42.15%; 90.16%; 34.42%; 12.18%; 85.26%; The susceptibility of combined measuremen was 95.78%. The masccline likelihood rate of periheral pulmonary carcinoma by X-ray, HRCT, Sputumcytology, Fibrobronchoscopy, Tumor marker was 0.73; 21.02; 0.45; 0.14; 4.07; The masccline likelihood rate of combined measuremen was 10.85. The masccline pretest of periheral pulmonary carcinoma by X-ray, HRCT, Sputumcytology, Fibrobronchoscopy, Tumor marker was 47. 24%; 95.77%; 32.45%; 12.83%; 81.43%; The masccline pretest of combined measuremen was 92.12%. Conclusion: The serial test, chest X-ray, HRCT fibrobro nchoscope tumor marker and sputum cytology. Can grea tly im p rove the d iagno stic accu racy of lung cancer.
