Objective:To investigate the causes , clinic features and pathogenesis in patient with normal Coronary Arteriography(CAG) and suspect to Coronary Heart Disease(CHD).Methods:511 patients suspected or diagnosed CHD with CAG were analyzed retrospectively .Results:The patients that symptoms are chest pain with normal CAG were diagnosed as follow:284 cases of hypertension (55.6%),78 cases of cardiovascular neurosis(15.3%),59 cases of X syndrome (11.5%),19 cases of digestive system disease(3.7%),25 cases of valve disease (4.9%),7 cases of CHD (1.4%),8 cases of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (1.6%),7 cases of pulmonary disease(1.4%),5 cases of myocardial bridging (1%),4 cases of cervical disease (0.8%),1 case of intercostals neuritis (0.2%),1 case of chondritis (0.2%),3 cases of aortic dissection (0.6%),6 cases of psychological block(1.2%),2 cases of cardiac arrhythmia(0.4%),1 case of pericarditis (0.2%),1 case of systemic lupus erythematosus (0.2%). Conclusions:coronary heart disease can not be completely ruled out in the patients with chest pain and normal CAG. It is necessary to consider in many factors including non-originated heart disease and X syndrome .
