| Objectives To perform strict perioperative's management and early-middle follow-up in patients with congenital heart disease after interventional closure treatment, and then observe their occurrences of complications, change of structure and function of heart and cardio-ankle vascular index.Methodsâ‘ 131 subjects were performed strict perioperative's management and undergone interventional therapy according to guideline on treatment of congenital heart disease;â‘¡All subjects were performed cardio-ankle vascular index pre-operation and at 3 days post-operation;â‘¢Cardiogram and echocardiography were performed pre-operation and at 3 days, 1 month, 3 months,6 months and 1 year post-operation in order to observe change of their structure and function of heart and cardiogram.Resultsâ‘ Interventional closures were undergone successfully in 131 subjects and no deaths occurred;â‘¡Compared with pre-operation, cardio-ankle vascular index, left ventricular end diastole diameter and so on decreased(P<0.05)in subjects with ventricular septal defect; Uncompleted atrioventricular disturbance occurred in 2 subject and nonparoxysmal atrioventricular junctional tachycardia in 1 subjects; Complete atrioventricular block occurred in 2 subjects; Residual shunts occurred in 3 subjects; Device embolization, hemolysis and valve regurgitation did not occurre in all subjects.â‘¢Compared with pre-operation, cardio-ankle vascular index, left ventricular end diastole diameter and so on decreased(P<0.05)in subjects with patent ductus arteriosus; Residual shunts occurred in 2 subjects; Device embolization, hemolysis , arrhythmia and valve regurgitation did not occurre in all subjects.â‘£Compared with pre-operation, cardio-ankle vascular index, diameter of left atrium and so on decreased(P<0.05)in subjects with atrial septal defect; Residual shunts occurred in 1 subjects; Device embolization, hemolysis, arrhythmia, and valve regurgitation, did not occurre in all subjects.Conclusionsâ‘ Complications seldom occur in subjects with congenital heart disease via strict perioperative's managements; Major concern is the occurrence of completed atrioventricular block.â‘¡Structure and function of heart significantly improves and cardio-ankle vascular index attenuate, and then risks of cardiovascular attack decrease after interventional therapy. |
