| Objective: to observe Xinning Bolus shot through PGI2 serum myocardial ischemia in rats, TXA2 content and electrocardiogram, discusses the influence of mechanism for the clinical treatment of wide application, provide sufficient scientific theory.Methods: Wistar rats with health screening randomly divided into six groups digital method, better shot blasting low dose group ofXinning Bolus dose group of high dose group, shot through liquid group , positive control and model group, and each group of 10. Observe isoproterenol acute myocardial ischemia in ratsâ…¡12-lead electrocardiography label, serum PGI2, content.Results: the Xinning Bolus each dose group, positive-controlled control can reduce serum TXA2 content and increase the content of serum PGI2 , adjust the balance TXA2/PGI2, improving rats electrocardiogram ischemia. With the model group, compared with placebo P < 0.01 significant differences, heart better pills high-dosage groups.Conclusion: 1 against myocardial ischemia in rats, Xinning Bolus has good anti-myocardial ischemia effect. 2 Xinning Bolus can inhibit endothelial inflammation, protecting endothelial function, oxygen anti-myocardial ischemia. 3 Xinning Bolus each dose group can obviously make PGI2 content increased ,redused the content of TXA2, keep TXA2 / PGI2 proportion of balance and protecting the blood vessel function. |
