| Objective: To observe the prevention and cure role of the Xinning Bolus on acute myocardial ischemia in rat by ECG,ELISA,SABC,ISH, and make a preliminaly study on its mechanism.Methods: Healthy Wistar rats were divided into six groups by using random number table and each group contains ten rats.The six groups include low dose of Xinning Bolus group medium dose of Xinning Bolus group,high dose of Xinning Bolus group,Xintong oral liquid(Positive control),the control group and model group.To observe changes of superseriptⅡ-lead ECG in acute myocardial is-chemia rats caused by ISOproterenol,content of NO,TXA2,PGI2,TNF-α,IL-6 in serum and aetivity of ET-1mRNA,eNOSmRNA,BAXmRNA and BCL-2mRNA in myocytes.Results: Every Xinning bolus dose group, positive controled controls can inhibit myocardial tissue ET-1mRNA,BAXmRNA and increase the content of serum NO,eNOSmRNA,BCL-2mRNA;keep the balance of PGI2/TXA2 and that of BCL-2mRNA/BAXmRNA.Compared with the model group and the control group ,there was significant improment,(P < 0.05) and it was much more o-bvious than that in Xinning bolus high-dosage groups. (P < 0.01)Conclusion: Xinning Bolus can improves endothelial function of myocardial ischemia, oxygen protection. |
