| Background:Part of patients with typical reflux symptoms were considered of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Andoscopy were reconducted and diagnosied of erosive esophagitis (RE) or non-erosive reflux disease (NERD), Treat them with PPI, but the results was poor efficiency, who were reconducted 24 h esophageal pH monitoring and 24 h esophageal bile monitoring, we discovered that there 24 h esophageal pH monitoring was normal, while 24 h esophageal bile monitoring was unnormal, They were diagnosied bile reflux, but the drug treatment of mucosal damage caused by bile is rarely.Professor Tian Yaozhou treatment it with "Danweifang" and the effect was evidently, For further evident its efficacy, we carried out in this study. Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of "Danweifang" on duodeno gastroesophageal reflux with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach.Methods:40 patients with duodenogastroesophageal reflux with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach were randomly divided into the test group(n= 20)and the control group(n= 20).Test group was treated with "Danweifang" once a day, Control group was treated with 5mg mosapride citrate three times a day and 1g hydrotalcite three times a day for4 weeks.four-week follow up were conducted to observe the improvement of the symptoms in two groups.24h intraesophageal bile monitoring were reconducted 4 weeks after administration. And endoscopy were reconducted 4 weeks after administration in patients with erosire eaophagitis. Results:The symptom score in test group and control group were significantly decreased 4 week after treatment(P<0.01),with more obvious in test group (P<0.05).The healing rate and effective rate were 15.0% and 95.0%,5.0% and 85.0% respectively in test group and control group, with more obvious in test group (P<0.05).Bile reflux will obviously improved in test group and control group after treatment(P<0.01),with more obvious in test group (P<0.05).Conclusion:"Danweifang" is efective in treating duodenogastroesophageal reflux with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach. |
