Objective:To observe the effect of Jiangnijieyutang(JNJYT) on Bile refluxgastritis(BRG),and explore the mechanism of it. Methods:60patients with BRG weredivided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. Thetreatment one was given JNJYT,and the control one was given Mosapride CitrateDispersible Tablets and Ray Bella of intestinal sodium tablets.Four weeks were set as acourse of treatment.The clinical effects of each group were observed during the course andthe follow-up survey of6months.Results: The effective of syndrome of TCM、enteroscopy observing of the treatment group are superior to that of the control group (P<0.01or P<0.05). JNJYT can obviously improve the symptoms such as Stomach burningpain discomfort or dull pain,noisy,fullness、mouth pain、anorexia、nausea、irritable moodetc.than Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets and Ray Bella of intestinal sodium tablets(P<0.01or P<0.05).Conclusions:JNJYT is in force in the treatment of BRG. Themechanism of this therapy may be immediately involved in promoting gastrointestinalmotility、acid suppression、to improve mucosal blood flow、to enhance the mucosalbarrier,anti-inflammatory etc.
