Clinical Study On Mid-advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Patient Treated By YangYinQingFeiJieDu Therapy Combined With Chemical Therapy

Objective To observe the impact of YangyinQingfeiJiedu combined with chemical therapy on quality of life of the patient with advanced NSCLC, and evaluate the status and advantages of YangyinQingfei Jiedu therapy in advanced NSCLC. Providing clinical edvidence for Chinese medicine spread and applied in advanced NSCLC and other malenant carcinoma.Methods Use a randomized comparing method,40 cases with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group (YangyinQingfeiJiedu combined with TP chemotherapy) with 20 cases, the control group (TP chemotherapy alone) with 20 cases. General TP chemotherapy, a cycle of 21 days, observe 2 cycles. The treatment group with YangyinQingfeiJiedu for oral taken once a day in the intermission period. Compared two groups in changes in tumor lesions, quality of life, toxicity and side effects, the improvement of symptoms Chinese situation and serum tumor markers (CEA,CY21-1).Resultsâ‘ Comparison in tumor size:the two groups did not show significant differences (P> 0.05).â‘¡Comparison in quality of life: compare the improvement of EORTCQLQ-C30 grades between the two groups, The treatment group has significant improvement (P<0.05);â‘¢Comparison of TCM symptoms:After treatment, symptoms improved markedly 6, effective 12, the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group, symptoms improved markedly 2, effective 6, the total effective rate was 40% in the control group, there is significant difference (P<0.05).â‘£Comparison in physical condition:after treatment Karnorfsy score also has statistically significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusionâ‘ YangyinQingfeiJiedu combined with TP chemotherapy can improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms in patients with advanced NSCLC.â‘¡further illustrates the need for a variety of treatment methods in carcinoma treatment, and Chinese medicine combined wirh Western medicine could effectively relieve symptoms, enhance survival quality, prolong survival time and improve the stable rate of tumor, reducing the toxicity and side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, It has become both Chinese and Western medicine an important way for cancer treatment in future, worthy of promotion.
