The Analysis Excavates Study Of Xu Jingfan's Medical Cases Of Spleen And Stomach Diseases Based On Clustering-Correlation Method

Prominent TCM doctors' experience in diagnosis and treatment has always been the key point for average learners, especially the famous doctors' medical cases, which are the most important of all. The medical cases record not only their thinking process in syndrome differentiation and treatment, but also implication of prominet TCM doctors' personalized experience and characteristics of drug application. The main approach in the past to learning TCM was nothing more than master-disciple teachings or a review of medical cases, which is going agaist the further development of inheritance patterns owing to restrictment of personal subjective consciousness. The question of how to obstain and express prominent TCM doctors' implicit knowledge objectively has become a urgent problem to be solved for the development of TCM. With the rapid development and extensive application of computer technology, modern chinese medicine are exploring a new way.This study have collected 386 medical records of Xu jingfan's cases of spleen and stomach diseases.We firstly collate, summarize and regulate the symptoms and medicine informations of these diseases, then analyse them with data mining methods.The first chapter is the theoretical part. It mainly explained the progress of reserch in inheritance patterns of prominet TCM doctors' experience by using data mining techniques in recent years, and describe related concepts of data mining technique.The second to the fifth chapter is the data mining and analysis section. we first standardize the information collected, then obstain five core prescriptions of Xu Jingfan's experience in treating spleen and stomach diseases by using clustering analysis of k-means and the method of human-computer cooperation. On the basic of that, we speculate five common pathogenesis and revelant treatments; We introduce two parameters such as interacting degree and chi-square test in order to measure different directions and strenth of correlation. As a result, we get multi-dimentional directions and significant drug pairs or groups of Xu Jingfan's experience in treating spleen and stomach diseases.In summary, the results of data mining basically correspond the experience of professor Xu jingfan after having a communication with his disciples. These methods are expected to provide a summary reference for the current TCM academic research in the meanwhile.
