Objective:1.To explore the expression levels of BAFF in CD19+B cell of blood of people who diagnosed as cervical carcinoma, and test the expression levels of BAFF of cervical carcinoma patients according to different pathological classification and clinical stages. Detect the expression levels of BAFF in operative patients preoperatively and postoperatively. Detect the expression levels of BAFF in patients pre-chemotherapeutically and post-chemotherapeutically.2.Explore the expression features of BAFF in blood of cervical carcinoma patients preoperatively and postoperatively, pre-chemotherapeutically and post-chemotherapeutically and its relationship with clinical stages and pathological types and progression of disease.Methods:1.Selection of study objects:50 cervical carcinoma patients who diagnosed with clinical and pathological methods and hospitalized in Hunan Tumor Hosiptal, aged from 28 to 74,mean age 49.5; 30 cases of healthy control group who come from The third xiangya hospital and have no tumor and cervical diseases, female, aged from 30 to 70,mean age 45.2. Group of study objects:(1)Among 50 cervical carcinoma patients, respectively selected 15 cases of well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases of differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and 15 poorly-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma according to Pathological classification.(2)According to tumor size and clinical metastasis, group 50 cervical carcinoma patients intoⅠ~Ⅲgrade,15 cases ofⅠgrade,20 cases ofⅡgrade,15 cases ofⅢgrade. (3)Among 50 cervical carcinoma patients, respectively test the expression levels of BAFF in the operative patients once preoperatively and postoperatively.(4)Among 50 cervical carcinoma patients, respectively test the expression levels of BAFF in the chemotherapy patients once before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy.3.Methods:Choosing 2ml anticoagulants blood of study patients, use Becton-Dickinson to test it and use spss 15.0 statistical package for data analysis of its test result. In addition, calculate mean (X), standard deviation (s) and statistical analyze.Results:1.Comparing the positive expression level of BAFF in CD19+B cell of blood between cervical carcinoma patients and healthy people, found that the positive expression level of BAFF in CD19+B cell of blood of healthy people is higher than that of patients. The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The expression level of BAFF of cervical carcinoma patients is relative to the pathological type. Comparing the positive expression rate of BAFF in CD19+ B cell of blood among well-differentiated cervical carcinoma patients, differentiated cervical carcinoma patients and poorly-differentiated cervical carcinoma patients, the expression level of BAFF increase gradually, the poorly-ifferentiated group is the highest, found that the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparing the positive expression level of BAFF in CD19+B cell of blood among different clinical stages cervical carcinoma patients (Ⅰ~Ⅲ),it is identical. The difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Comparing the positive expression level of BAFF in CD19+B cell of blood of cervical carcinoma patients between preoperation and postoperation, found that the positive expression level of BAFF after operation is higher than that before operation. And the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Comparing the positive expression level of BAFF in CD19+B cell of blood of cervical carcinoma patients between pre-chemotherapy and post-chemotherapy, found that the positive expression level of BAFF after chemotherapy is higher than that before chemotherapy. And this difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The expression level of BAFF in CD19+ B cell of blood in cervical carcinoma patients is lower. The abnormal expression of BAFF can be used to judge the emergence and evolution of cervical cancer and diagnose early as a kind of new auxiliary cytokines.2. In the different clinical stages of cervical cancer the expression level of BAFF is identical. It prompts that the expression of BAFF is high homologus in primary tumor and different size tumor and clinical metastasis of cervical cancer.3.The different Pathological types is relative to the expression of BAFF. In well-differentiated, differentiated and poorly-differentiated cervical cancer, the expression level of BAFF increases gradually. The poorly-differentiated group is the highest.Test of BAFF have guiding value in understanding the pathological type of cervical cancer and pathogenetic condition.4.The positive expression level of BAFF in CD19+B cell of blood of cervical carcinoma patients in preoperation and pre-chemotherapy, it is lower than that of postoperation and post-chemotherapy. It can be used to guide the selection of the clinical remedy, and observe the treatment effection and criterion prognosis of the cervical cancer as scientific estimated index.
