| Objective:To retrospectively observe 70 cases of femoral neck fracture treated by close reduction and cannulate screw fixation to obtain the rate of healing and ischemic of femoral head. Methods:Collected the clinical information of 70 cases femoral neck fracture in young adult with closed reduction and compressed cannulate screw fixation and follow-up.The six factors of including the fracture type, time, gender, age, reduction as well as no union of fracture and ischemic necrosis. Were analysed. Results:Patients were followed up 6 to 57 months, on average 17 months,70 cases of patients in this group 65 cases of healing, the unhealing rate was 7.1%, of which Garden I type 0 cases (0%); Gardenâ…¡type 0 cases (0%); Garden III type 1 cases (3.2%); Gardenâ…£Type 4 cases (21.1%).16 cases of femoral head necrosis, necrosis rate was 22.9%, of which Garden I type 0 cases (0%); Gardenâ…¡type 1 cases (6.7%); Gardenâ…¢type in 8 cases (25.8%); GardenlV type in 7 cases (36.8%).Conclusion:Compressed hollow screws fixation is a reliable method for the treatment of femoral fracture with a high rate.Severity of the fracture and reduction directly influences the prognosis.the principles for the treatment of femoral neck fracture are early treatment, anatomic reduction and rigid fixation. |
