Research Progress Of Adult Femoral Neck Fracture

Femoral neck fracture is one of the most common fractures.As the accelerating of the process of the aging society,the incidence of femoral neck fracture is growing.Medical workers pay more and more attention to the study of femoral neck fracture.Great progress has been made in etiology,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.The commonly used treatment methods are conservative treatment and surgical treatment,the latter includes internal fixation and hip arthroplasty.At present,the application of dynamic hip screw and cannulated compression screw is more common in young adults with femoral neck fracture。The application of cannulated screws in the treatment of stable fractures has become a consensus,but the treatment of unstable fractures is controversial.For elderly patients,hip replacement is a conventional treatment.In this paper,the latest research progress of femoral neck fracture is described.
