Analysis On Depressive And Anxiety Symptoms And Their Influencing Factors In Perimenopausal Women

Objective:To learn the incidence and influencing factors of depressive and anxiety symptoms of perimenopausal women in Kaifu area of Changsha city.Methods:To take the combination of cluster and random sampling method to select 600 women from 40 to 55 years old, using self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) conducted a questionnaire survey.Results:565 valid cases for analysis. The prevalence of depression and anxiety symptoms was 6.9%,5.0%; Age, occupation, marriage status, education level, family history of mental illness, chronic disease conditions, sports, children relation, marital relation, sexual desire, satisfaction of living environment and family incomes were the influencing factors of depression and anxiety scores. marriage status, movement,marital relation, satisfaction of the living environment were the influencing factors of the prevalence of depression and anxiety disorders. There was no significant correlation with menstruation in depression and anxiety scores and the prevalence of depression and anxiety symptoms.The primary symptoms of depression and anxiety of perimenopausal women were diminished sexual interest and anxiety. Clnclusion:The prevalence of depression and anxiety symptoms of perimenopausal women is 6.9%,5.0% in Kaifu area of Changsha city.
