Objective Research the influence of chitosan in adult rats femoral artery anastomotic patency rate , so as to provide the basis used in replantation of severed fingers. Methods Take 28 healthy adult SD rats, weighing 260g±50g, were randomly assigned, n = 7, 2% of the intraperitoneal injection of sodium pentobarbital anesthesia, with each rat bilateral transection of the femoral artery as the research object .A side (left) as the experimental group, contralateral (right) as the control group, surgical microscope to end-end suture anastomosis bilateral femoral arteries, all arterial anastomosis patency rate was 100% immediately, and the same person operation , consistent with the experimental group , coating around the anastomotic Chitosan 1 drop (about 0.05 ml)uniformly, control group was not coated. Were observed after 7d, 14d, 21d, 28d experimental and control groups patency of anastomosis; related indicators: changes in anastomotic diameter, around the anastomotic with or without infection, adhesions around the anastomosis, anastomotic endothelial cell coverage ( biopsy). Results Postoperative 7d, 14d, 21d, 28d each time the experimental group and control group no significant difference in anastomotic diameter, the experimental group and control group had no obvious infection around the anastomotic; various time periods after the experimental group and control group around the anastomotic have different levels of adhesion, the experimental group than the degree of anastomotic adhesions around the same time as the light control group; Postoperative 7 d, the experimental group and control group were seen anastomotic ingrowth and vascular endothelial cell coverage of endothelial cells in the experimental group Long into the coverage was compared with the control group, Postoperative 14 d, 21 d, 28 d between the two anastomotic basic coverage endothelial cells completely, no significant difference; the experimental group and control group, consistent with 28 vessels, a total of 56 vessels, the formation of thrombosis in 4 cases, 52 cases of smooth, the overall patency rate was 92.86%; The experimental group 1 case of thrombosis, 2 cases of convulsions (seizures a case of slow blood flow velocity but no thrombosis), patency rate was 96.43%, in the control group 3 cases of thrombosis, seizures in 4 cases, patency rate was 89.29%, slightly higher than the experimental group, the difference is not statistically significant (x~2 = 1.08, p> 0.05)Conclusion The placement of chitosan does not affect the overall patency rate of the rat femoral artery anastomosis...
