Objective: Along with the rise of economy, the number of patients with corony heart disease increses through years. The corony artery bypass grafting is one of the most effective way to treat the disease, which was reported with a difency of long-term patency. In 1996,a doctor from Sweden proposed a new way of vein harvesting technique: no-touch technique, and it was proved a better patendcy to the traditional ways by revelent lectures. However, there isn,t much clinical data about this tec-hnique.The main purpose of this article is to investigate the patency rate of no-touch technique vein graft in coronary artery bypass grafting through the short-term(3 months and 1year)follow-up,and to provide a guidance for relevant clinical treatment. Methods: Through a retrospective study,a total of 95 patients that admitted to the department of cardiac macrovascular surgery in the second hospital of Hebei medical university from June 12,2018 to August 27,2018 were selected and treated with no-touch technique to harvest the great saphe-nous vein as a bridge vessel. All patients were treated by the No.2 group in the department and underwent coronary imaging exa-mination before operation and proved to be multi-branch lesions, and in-traoperative left internal mammary artery graft were all transplanted to the anterior descending branch of coronary artery.Bridge vessel patency rate was followed up 3 months and 1 year after the operation by means of coronary CTA,among which 95 cases were followed up by 3 mo nths after the operation and 28 cases were followed up by 1 year afte r the operation. The methods of X~2 test and t test were used to compare the patency rate of each groupResults: The patency rates for 3 months after the operation were respectively 94.7% of the left internal mammary artery graft and 92.8% of the great saphenous vein graft harvested by no-touch technique, showing no significant statistical difference(p=0.634).The patency rates for 1 year after the operation were respectively 96.4% of the left internal mammary artery bridge and 93.0% of the great saphenous vein graftharvested by no-touch technique, with no significant statistical difference(p=0.672).Conclusions: There is no difference in short-term(3 months and 1 year)patency rate between the left internal mammary artery graft and the great saphenous vein graft harvested by no-touch technique...
