Effects Of Dan Hong Jie Yu Soup Extract On The Norm Of Cerebral Infarction Dysphgia Of Cerebral Infarction

Cerebral infarction belong to the category of"Stroke"of traditional Chinese medicine. Currently it become frequently-occurring and common disease,usually it cause airframe function defect,especially the patient with swallowing disorders,so the quality of their life seriously decline. Currently patients who diagnosed with swallowing function obstacle of cerebral infarction, on recovery they use more acupuncture and rehabilitation methods, though acquiring curative effect, the treatment is too long. Sometimes the patient can't tolerate, cannot carry out. The research using drug treatment for swallowing disorder of cerebral infarction is few. This study using my mentor's work"Dan hong jie yu soup", for the treatment of stroke patients with swallowing disorder of cerebral infarction. by the method of TV fluorescence perspective to observe the Clinical curative effect of Dan hong jie yu soup. This study selects 84 cases with swallowing function obstacle with cerebral infarction. Randomly divided them into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group has 50 cases and the control group has 34 cases. Observe 14 days later, by the method of TV fluoroscopy the Swallowing function improved in treatment group than in control group, results with statistical significance. Through clinical trials, confirm that the treatment of swallowing function obstacle in patients with cerebral infarction with Dan hong jie yu soup clinical curative effect is distinct.
