| Objective:To explore the mechanism and study the effect of Myogenic Yu-cream on the healing of surgical wounds of simple low anal fistula.Methods:57 cases were divided randomly into two groups:the observed group(31 cases) with Myogenic Yu-cream and the control group(26cases) with vaseline. Both groups were used Hongfen gauze to treat wounds for the first 3 days after surgery. From the fourth day, both groups were respectively used Myogenic Yu-cream gauze, vaseline gauze, once a day, until the wounds was healed. Wound exudations, wound healing and adverse reactions were observed.Results:There was significant difference in effect of two groups. The effect of the observed group was much better than the control group in promoting wound healing and reducing adverse reactions. Wound exudations of the observed group was from less to more, and then decreased until it disappeared. And the changes are closely related with the wound healing process.Conclusions:Myogenic Yu-cream promote suppuration to regenerate flesh, so promote wound healing. |
