| Objective: Explore the function of the principle of the balance of motion and quiescence in the rehabilitation excise after femoral neck fractures close reduction and internal fixation by compressive screw based on clinical research. Methods: Divide 69 patients after the operational treatment on the close reduction and internal fixation by compressive screw to 3 groups. Guide A and B groups to excise their hip joint in different rehabilitation quantity which includes excising time, strength and times. C group's excise is guided by AO early stage non-pain principle. The thesis compares the rehabilitation influences on hip joint and postoperative complications, and analyses the results with statistic methods. Results: The effect of groups A and B which are guided under the principle of the balance of motion and quiescence is better than group C. There is no significant difference between group A and B.Conclusion: Rehabilitation excise for the hip joint and the reduction of postoperative complications after femoral neck fractures close reduction and internal fixation by compressive screw under the guidance of the principle of the balance of motion and quiescence is practical and has advantages. |
