| Objective: This paper compares the efficacy of the treatment of FNF by closed reduction, internal fixation with open reduction, and total hip arthroplasty.Methods:Retrospective study of 213 cases, the group was divided into non shift group (A) and shift group (B). According to the operation, the A group was divided into the closed reduction and internal fixation (A1), open reduction and internal fixation (A2) and total hip replacement (A3); The B group was divided into B1, B2 and B3. Follow up 2 years to 3 years for all cases, and evaluate and analyze all the indexes before and after operation.Results:Al, A2 operative time, blood loss was significantly better than A3, part of the load after time, after loading worse time than A3; A2 postoperative Harris hip score was significantly better than the A1, A3; the same in gtoup B. B2 ANFH incidence was significantly better than B1.Conclusion:Elderly non shift FNF,6 to 24 hours after trauma expert" open reduction and internal fixation".
