The Clinical Research Of Self-prepared Tongluo Zhuyu Particles For The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke In Convalescent Stage (Blood Stasis Type)

Purpose: By observing the Clinical efficacy and safety of Self-prepared Tongluo Zhuyu particles for the treatment of ischemic stroke in convalescent stage to evaluate the clinical effect of this prescription.Method: In the process of clinical trial ,we adopted parallel control method of stochastic and positive medicine to observe 60 cases of ischemic stroke (blood stasis type) patients belong to convalescence. Self-prepared Tongluo Zhuyu particles(Provided by the decocting room of affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine )are used as the medication for the treatment group,and Xiaoshuan tongluo capsule(Manufacturers: Jilin province Dong Bei Ya Pharmaceutical Co.LTD,Approve Number: Qualifies for health-tax credit. Z10940067)are used as the medication for the positive control group.The 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups ,each group composed by 30,in the 28 days course of treatment .Through observing the 60 clinical patients and adopting laboratory tests and statistical analysis,we will give objective assessment about the clinical efficacy and safety of the prescription.Result: Entering 60 cases, excluding 0 cases,shedding 0 cases. Security Decision: The safety index was no significant difference before and after the treatment. (P>0.05),The outcome indicate that Self-prepared Tongluo Zhuyu particles has little influence on all safety index.General treatment response assessment:In treatment groups, effective rate 30.0%,the sum of the both sides 56.67%,total effect rate 86.67%.In control groups, effective rate 40.0%,the sum of the both sides 43.33%,total effect rate 83.33%.Ridit analysis P>0.05,the results of experiments indicated that there is no significant difference between the two groups in treatment effect.Conclusion: Through the statistical analytical methods of safety index and efficacy,the result demonstrates that the treatment effect of three aspects have not statistically significant and both the treatment of ischemia stroke (blood stasis type) were very satisfactory.
