| Purpose: By adopting QiLingGuBenYiQiTang and nephritis treatment of chronic nephritic proteinuria shu piece spleen and kidney Yang card, observe mentor compared to its curative effect, validation for years experience side QiLingGuBenYiQiTang, discuss the clinical curative effect of treating chronic nephritis of the traditional theory and ideology of modern between Chinese and western medicine and the research progress of chronic nephritic proteinuria.Method: Choose January 2010 in December 2010 in jilin province of outpatient and hospitalization of met inclusion criteria 60 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients were divided in treatment group and control group and treatment group QiLingGuBenYiQiTang to consolidate in the kidney and fixing the perturbation, invigorating spleen to water, and the control group piece, observe the Schwartz glomerulonephritis clinical curative effect.Result: 30 cases in treatment group, with the total effective rate of 73.3%, 7 cases complete remission (23.3%) basic alleviate 6 patients (20.0%) effective 8 cases (26.7), invalid 8 cases (26.7%). The control group, with the total effective rate of 30 cases, by 60.0% when complete remission three patients (18/23), basic alleviate 4 cases (13.3%), effective in 11 patients (36.7%), invalid 12 cases (40.0%).
