Clinical Study On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Associated With Hypertension With Zishenyanggan Mixture

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishenyanggan mixture in treatment of type 2 diabetes associated with hypertension Methods:At the basis of basic Lowering blood glucose and blood pressure, 60 patients were divided into two group diagnosed as type 2 diabetes associated with hypertension, each group had 30 cases. The patients in control group were treated with Qingxuanjiangya tablets,while patients in treatment were treated with Zishenyanggan mixture. After two months'(4 weeks a course of treatment ) treatment,observed the improvement about main clinical symptoms,blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid ,hemorrheology,the index change about the random pressure.Results: Treatment group could improve the patients'clinical symptoms and signs, and the effects were better than control group .In the sides of blood glucose, the whole blood viscosity(highly cuts,lowly cuts), TG, the effects of treatment group were better than control group. The BP of both groups were much improved after treatment, there was no significant difference between two groups,and there had been no adverse reaction in the course of treatment. Conclusions: Zishenyanggan mixture can greatly improve the clinical symptoms,enhance the curative effects.The mixture can effectively lower blood glucose, blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin ,blood 1ipid, hemorrheology,and also improve the patients'quality of life.
