Clinical Study On Treating Hyperlipidemia With The Method Of Regulating Qi, Invigorating Spleen, Cleaning Turbid Pathogen

Hyperlipidemia is a higher plasma lipid levels as the main clinical manifestations of disease.Abnormal lipid levels with a variety of diseases such as obesity, type 2 diabe-tes,hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke and other closely related.Long-term dyslipidemia can lead to atherosclerosis, increased cardiovascular cerebrovascular morbi- dity and mortality.Objective: Through by observing self-designed Chinese medicinal formulae with hy-perlipidemia clinical symptoms and indicators, demonstrate the curative effect and safety to hyperlipidemia of type of stagnation of phlegm-damp by the method of regulating the flow of qi,invigorating the spleen,cleaning turbid pathogenic factor.Methods: Sixty patients of Phlegm-Damp Syndrome in Hyperlipidemia were di-vided into therapeutic group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly.The pa-tients of therapeutic group were received Chinese medicine: radix bupleuri 9g, alum processed pinellia 9g,poria cocos 15g, atractylodes rhizome 12g,largehead atractylodes rhizome 12g,alisma rhizoma 30, salvia miltiorrhiza 30g,cassiac torae 30,crataegus 30g,nelumbinis 15,Glycyrrhiza uralensis 6g,each medicinal preparation water will fry two times will take juice 150ml respectively, after the mix, altogether 300ml sooner or later to divide.The patients of control group were given Zocor(simvastatin),each one (20mg), once a day.Treatment for 8 weeks.The difference of the blood Iipid levels, and the syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine scores in all the patients were observed between pre and post treatment.Results: 1, the treatment can significantly improve the phlegm repressor-type symp-toms in patients with hyperlipidemia, effective than the control group.2, the treatment could significantly decrease the serum of patients with hyperlipidemia TC, TG, LDL-C levels, a considerable effect and the control group.But in terms of increasing HDL-C is not obvious.3. Hyperlipidemia treatment group could reduce plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, effective than the control group.Conclusion: Through clinical observation,preliminary confirmed the the method of regulating the flow of qi,invigorating the spleen,cleaning turbid pathogenic factorfor hy-perlipidemia (Phlegm-Damp Syndrome) is safe and effective.In improving symptoms and hemodynamics superior to Western medicine.
