Objective:With the help of'H-MRS to observe the clinical effect of electroac upuncture on mild cognitive impairment of the Uygur ethnic group and Han people, research into the diversity of nation difference between Uygur ethnic group and H an people of MCI, meanwhile find the effective way to treat MCI by traditional C hinese medicine.Methods:Divided 22 patients into Han people group (13 cases) an d Uygur ethnic group (9 cases) according to the nation, based on the principle"toni fying kidney,replenishing essence and benefiting marrow, strengthing brain and be nefiting mind, Take Bai hui,Feng chi,Xuan zhong,Fu liu,San yin jiac,Tai x i as the main acupoints, both of them received electroacupuncture. observe the cha nge of MMSE,MOCA assess chart and two groups' NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr before and after the treatment by 1H-MRS. Results:There is obvious difference on left side h ippocampus (NAA/Cr) between Uygur ethnic group and Han people group compare d with the treatment before. And the MMSE and MOCA changed obviously after t hree courses treatment compared with the treatment before (P<0.01); NAA/Cr of U ygur ethnic group and Han people group's left side hippocampus increased compar ed with the treatment before (P<0.01), Cho/Cr of Han people group's left side hip pocampus decreased compared with the treatment before (P<0.01), there is no obvi ous change on Uygur ethnic group's left side hippocampus (P>0.05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture can improve the general cognitive function of mild cognitive i mpairment (MCI) patients; there may be nation diversity of Uygur ethnic group an d Han people group mild cognitive impairment patients in the partial brain metabol ite. The two groups patient's NAA/Cr increased after treatment, Electroacupuncture could improve cognitive function and defer senility through repair nerve cell. The han groups'Cho/Cr decreased after treatment, Electroacupuncture could improve co gnitive function and defer senility through restrain the form of neurospongium. |
