The Clinical Effect Research Of Necrosis Of Femoral Head Of Traditional With Jian Gu Tong Luo Herbal

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficiency of using the Jian Gu Tong Luo Herbal helping rehabilitation therapy in Aseptic Necrosis Of Femoral Head (ANFH). Method: 50 Patients of ANFH randomly divided into treatment group (n=25)and control group(n=25).Control group were given resistance to osteoporosis drug alendronate sodium oral, once a dayonce 10mgwhile treatment group were added the Jian Gu Tong Luo Herbal with regular treatmentthree month was a period of treatment and four period of treatments were observed the effect. Results:After a 12-month treatment. Total effective rate in the treatment group was 80.00%.In the control group was 40.00%.(P<0.05); two groups were different significantly (P<0.05). Scoring of Symptoms and Signs The scores in terms of X rayFour band score are all improved obviously. After the treatmentthe difference between two groups is significan(P<0.05).Conclusions: the Jian Gu Tong Luo Herbal can improve the relation symptomcan improve the quality of life and the actual living ability of ANFH patients.
