Objective:To investigate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome on nocturnal blood pressure. Methods:144 patients underwent 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and sleep apnea monitoring, recording sleep in the night 7-hour average blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory disorders and lowest oxygen saturation, apnea hypopnea index (AHI). According to the results of sleep monitoring and 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring results can neither EH patients were divided into normal and no OSAS group, only the OSAS group, only the EH group, EH and four OSAS groups; and then sleep-disordered breathing index based on the existing EH and the OSAS group were divided into mild, moderate and severe group (mild group AHI:5 times/h≤AHI<15times/h; moderate group AHI:15times/h≤AHI<30/h; severe group AHI:≥30times/h). OSAS in the normal group and group nighttime systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate comparison; in the EH group, both have OSAS group EH night systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate comparison; then the EH and the OSAS group were divided into light, moderate to severe systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory disorders and lowest oxygen saturation were analyzed and compared. Results:OSAS group and the control group systolic and diastolic blood pressure analysis of variance, the results of P≤0.05, the difference was significant; pure OSAS and EH group and the SBP, diastolic blood pressure analysis of variance, the results of P≤0.05, statistical difference Significance; OSAS and the EH group compared internal systolic and diastolic blood pressure, respiratory disorders and lowest oxygen saturation difference was statistically significant, P≤0.05, moderate group and severe group the difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressure with mild Group and the moderate group differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the more obvious, and the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure with sleep-disordered breathing index increased, with the lowest disordered breathing oxygen saturation decreases. Conclusions:OSAS is not only a cause of primary hypertension independent risk factor, and the degree of nocturnal blood pressure and respiratory disturbance index, respiratory disorders related to the lowest oxygen saturation, that is obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in the more serious greater the impact on the nocturnal blood pressure, the more severe hypoxia at night on night blood pressure is also greater.
