With the public hospital medical system reform,its management mode,operation procedures,internal and external environment,great changes have taken place in the human resources management and development has increased to public hospital decision management level.Based on urumqi area public hospital,designed a set of public hospital in urumqi area working staff of the department functions, performance assessment scheme for public hospital in the management of human resources do good work.It firstly analyzes the performance assessment of urumqi area public hospitals and summarized the present situation and the main problems of the existing problem,combined with a thorough analysis,using personnel department functions characteristics of 360 degrees assessment method to public hospital department functions such as analysis,construction personnel of urumqi area personnel department functions of public hospital performance evaluation indicator system, and designed a set of performance assessment of the personnel department functions with implementation method, and finally system through the use of feedback and results of the key link performance assessment supervise and security.This research not only for the formulation and implementation of urumqi area public hospital has practical significance department functions,even for business,logistics department personnel performance evaluation scheme also has a very good reference role,and in its transformation or other non-profit restructured stage performance assessment hospital personnel department functions has also certain reference value.
