ã€Objective】To investigate possible common pathogenesis between cerebral infarction caused by non-valvular atrial fibrillation and cranial artery stenosis by comparing their imaging types, clinical characters, D-dimer, BNP, EF values and so on.ã€Methods】In this retrospective analysis, We investigated 112 confirmed cases of non-valvular atrial fibrillation cerebral infarction and 100 cases of cranial artery stenosis cerebral infarction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, and we made a comparison of imagng types between the two groups and between each type of the two groups between history(Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, stroke history), attack status, related laboratory tests, Including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), D-dimer (D-dimer), fibrinogen (Fib), homocysteine (Hcy), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), ejection fraction (EF value).ã€Results】The study came to a conclusion that the non-trunk type predominate in the both groups of non-valvular atrial fibrillation cerebral infarction and cranial artery stenosis cerebral infarction. There was no significant difference found in gender, age, history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, stroke history, attack status, TC, TG, LDL-C, Fib, HCY, hs-CRP, BNP, EF values, etc.(P>0.05). The results showed that the two groups of patients with trunk-type D-dimer levels were higher than other types (P<0.05), watershed type, cortical type D-dimer levels higher than the perforating branches type (P <0.05), There was no significant difference between watershed type and cortical type of D-dimer levels (P> 0.05). Significant difference was found in D- dimer level when we compare patients with massive cerebral infarction and small cerebral infarction in both groups(P <0.05). The trunk type infarction and massive cerebral infarction has no significant difference in D-dimer level. Comparing each type in the two groups, the BNP, EF has no significant difference (P>0.05), The non-valvular atrial fibrillation cerebral infarction group has a higher BNP but a lower EF than the cranial artery stenosis group (P<0.05).ã€Conclusion】Non-valvular atrial fibrillation and cranial artery stenosis cerebral infarction there may be a common hemodynamic pathogenesis. |
