Remove Stasis On Non-reptured Tubal Preghancy Conservative Long Curative Effect In Surgery Observations

Objective:To evalnate the intervention of Chinese medicine of Remove stasis after the conservative surgery of the Pregnancy intrauterine pregnancy.Methods:1. Retrospective analysis 110 patients suffering from ectopic Pregnaney who were accepted conservative surgery of the Pregnancy intrauterine pregnancy,2006-2007.They were divided into two groups,48 cases treated group with the method of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with remove stasis of the root of red-rooted salvia, root of common peony, rhizome sparganii, curcuma zedoary, etc. and conservative surgery, and the other 62 cases treated with conservative surgery alone for control.2. The observations were focused on symptoms, the circumstance of menstrual flux and correlated laboratory, sindicatrix (especially HCG in blood) and lastly the unobstructed rate of fallopian tube and the Pregnancy outcome in two years.Results:1. The average decreasing rate ofβ-HCG after employed seven days in the treated group with the method of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with remove stasis and conservative surgery was 98.28±1.24%. And that of the treated with conservative surgery alone for control was 92.12±1.83%. There was obvious difference among the two groups on the average decreasing rate ofβ-HCG after employed seven days (p<0.05).2. The average time of serumβ-HCG restoring to normal level in the treated group with the method of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with remove stasis 7.23±3.57 days. And that of the treated with conservative surgery alone for control was 8.98±3.26 days. There was obvious difference among the two groups on the average time of serumβ-HCG restoring to normal level(p<0.05).3. The data showed that during the 48 cases treated group with the method of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with remove stasis, the unobstructed rate of fallopian tube was 87.5%; And during the 62 cases treated group with the method of conservative surgery alone for control, the unobstructed rate of rate of fallopian tube was 54.84%. There was obvious difference between the two terms through x2 test(P<0.05).4. The group with the method of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with remove stasis, the Intrauterine pregnancy rates is 91.89%, the Again ectopic pregnancy is 8.11%;Another group the Intrauterine pregnancy rates is 79.49%, the Again ectopic pregnancy is 20.51%. There was obvious difference between the two terms through x2 test(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medicine of Remove stasis after the conservative surgery of the Pregnancy intrauterine pregnancy can reduce the oviduct conglutination and obstruct, reduce the rate duplication of ectopic pregnancy, improve the Bilateral oviduct function, to decrease the rate of again ectopic pregnancy and Secondary infertility occurs, improve Intrauterine pregnancy rates.
