| Objective: to study the hemostatic effect of dispelling stasis Chinesemedicine to ulcerative colitis in rats induced by TNBS mechanism, to observethe curative effect of ulcerative colitis model of rats and plasma PAF and IL-8content change, validation and remove stasis hemostasis of the effectivenessof the treatment of ulcerative colitis, from single to remove stasis hemostaticrise to remove stasis hemostasis in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, andform a standardized clinical scheme provides the basis of combiningtraditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:60SD rats, male and female half, randomly divided into blankgroup and10and made module only50, blank group rats normal diet, mademodule adopts TNBS and stay after the success of the acute phase ofulcerative colitis model, will build module is divided into: model controlgroup, willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine group, dragon dragon’s blood group,cattail pollen, the dragon of dragon’s blood+born cattail pollen group, theblank group and model control group rats were given normal saline2.5mllavage, willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine group rats willow nitrogen sulfonylpyridine mixed suspension for a2.5ml (0.18g/ml) to fill the stomach, thedragon dragon’s blood group rats dragon dragon’s blood mixed suspension fora2.5ml (0.03g/ml) to fill the stomach, raw cattail pollen group rats borncattail pollen suspension liquid for a2.5ml (0.05g/ml) to fill the stomach, thedragon of dragon’s blood+raw cattail pollen group rats given2.5ml (1.25mldragon dragon’s blood, cattail pollen1.25ml) to fill the stomach, once per day,treatment for14days.Application for each rating, DAI, HI and ELISA tests between groups in the rat plasma PAF and the content of IL-8.Results: the blank group, the willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine group,the dragon dragon’s blood group, cattail pollen group, the dragon of dragon’sblood+born cattail pollen group compared with model control group aftertreatment DAI and HI scores were statistically significant (P <0.05);Dragondragon’s blood group, cattail pollen, the dragon of dragon’s blood+borncattail pollen group compared with willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine groupDAI and HI scores were statistically significant (P <0.05);Dragon dragon’sblood, cattail pollen group compared with the blank group in plasma PAF andIL-8content was statistically significant (P <0.05);Dragon born dragon’sblood group, cattail pollen group compared with model group in the plasmaPAF and IL-8content was statistically significant (P <0.05);Dragon borndragon’s blood group and cattail pollen group to compare the plasma PAF andIL-8levels had no statistical significance (P>0.05);Dragon born dragon’sblood+cattail pollen group compared with dragon dragon’s blood, borncattail pollen group in plasma PAF and IL-8content was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05);Blank group and model group, respectively, comparedwith the length of the treatment group rats colon has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: the acute ulcerative colitis rats induced by TNBS platelet ina certain state of activation, proinflammatory cytokines release increased,both single and remove stasis hemostatic medicine or remove stasishemostasis combined use of both Chinese traditional medicine can reduce theUC model rats plasma PAF and the content of IL-8;Reduce the immune cellsof rats for the release of proinflammatory factor, IL-8, can control theprogress of the disease;At the same time reduce the platelet activation (PAF, reduce platelet activation, caused the platelet activation of inflammation, itscurative effect with the classic willow nitrogen totally.Therefore, removestasis hemostasis in the treatment of UC has the feasibility and effectiveness,is expected to be combined to form modern medicine standardized clinicalscheme of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment ofUC. |
