A Clinical Research Of Treating Mild Cognitive Impairment After Cerebral Infarction By Xingnaojing Injection.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection on treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients with mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction were dicided randomly into two groups:Xingnaojing Injection group and control group with 30 patients each. Course of treatment in both groups were 14 days. Chinese medicine Clinical symptoms, MMSE scores and MOCA scores were used to observed the therapeutic effect.Results:1. Chinese Medicine Clinical Symptoms The results showed that Chinese medicine clinical symptoms such as Kidney essence deficiency, Phlegm obstructing orifices,Syndrome of Static Blood Blocking Collaterals and Liver yang have improved obviously both two groups. The effective rate reached mare than 90 percent in Xingnaojing Injection group.The Phlegm obstructing orifices differences improvement was statistical difference between Xingnaojing Injection group and control group (P<0.05) Kidney essence deficiency differences improvement, Syndrome of Static Blood Blocking Collaterals differences improvement and Liver yang differences improvement have no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05) 2. MMSE Scores and MOCA ScoresMMSE scores and MOCA scores were significant higher after treatment in two groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups. However, MMSE scores date and MOCA scores date showed that treatment effect in Xingnaojing Injection group was better than that in control group.Conelusion:The research finds that treatment with Xingnaojing Injection can significantly prove Chinese medicine Clinical symptoms, MMSE scores, MOCA scores and Clinical neurological deficit scores in patients with mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.It conclude that Xingnaojing Injection can prevent or relief cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.
