BackgroundESWL (extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy, ESWL) is a non-invasive lithotripsy, but the shock wave through the body density of different organizations will be distributed energy, caused considerable pain, is caused by disruption or lithotripsy failures. This shows that the pain group than those in clinical practice, pain-free group and allow the patients, ESWL in the treatment group had pain in the lower pain scores and higher satisfaction.
