Clinical Observation Of Different Recipient Modulate Shuang Bai San External Application On Patients With Acute Cholecystitis

ObjectiveTo investigate clinical efficacy on the different excipient modulate Shuang Bai San external application in patients with acute cholecystitis,to define the impact of clinical efficacy on the different excipient on Patients with Acute Cholecystitis. The test by comparing patients of control group, Water group, Honey group, Alcohol group of patients with changes in abdominal pain relief time, Signs and symptoms score of before and after treatment, heart rate, total number of WBC, objective is to analyze the best excipient to Shuang Bai San external application in patients with acute cholecystitis.MethodsThe investigative object all is Patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM University, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM University, Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College, the third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM University. All patients Meet the diagnostic criteria of acute cholecystitis,and in the age range of 18-70. A total of 80 cases, control group, Water group, Honey group, Alcohol group ware has 20 cases. Control group received routine treatment of modern medicine, but the remaining three groups received routine treatment of modern medicine and Apply Shuang Bai San with different excipient. Each does of medicine needs 7 hours, twice one day,7 days is a course of treatment. The excipients of Water group is water, The excipients of Honey group is honey, The excipients of Alcohol group is alcohol. At the 3rd and 7th day were observed the changes in abdominal pain relief time, Signs and symptoms score of before and after treatment, heart rate, total number of WBC. And in the 7th day review the B-mode ultrasound of gallbladder. Use of paired samples t test comparing changes in each group before and after treatment, single way ANOVA comparison of the third group, categorical data by chi square test. The purpose is to find the best excipient.ResultsIn this study,80 cases were included in patients with acute cholecystitis. All cases are from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM University, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM University, Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College and the third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM University in 2009.10 to 2011.03. No significant difference between the various components in Age, sex composition, symptoms and signs of disease score before treatment, is provided with Comparability. Through paired T test, control group, Water group, Honey group.Alcohol group has statistically significantly different changes in heart rate, total number of leukocytes before pre-treatment. After one-way ANOVA, in the 3rd days all groups of patients with abdominal pain and Signs and symptoms score of before and after treatment, the four groups statistically significant differences. And in the pain relief, the shortest is honey group, in proper order is Alcohol group, Water group and control group. However, all groups of patients with total number of WBC, Signs and symptoms score after treatment, honey group is obvious better than others, and have statistically significant differences.But Water group and Alcohol group don't have statistically significant differences,still better than control group. In the 7th days all groups of patients with abdominal pain, Signs and symptoms score of before and after treatment, total number of WBC, the four groups don't have statistically significant differences. In the 3rd days all groups have statistically significant differences in the Cure rate. And the best is honey group, in proper order is Alcohol group, Water group and control group, but Water group and Alcohol group don't have statistically significant differences. In the 7th days all groups don't have statistically significant differences in the Cure rate.Conclusion All the ShuangBaiSan groups are obvious better than the control group in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Honey is the best excipients on the ShuangBaiSan of treatment with acute cholecystitis. ShuangBaiSan associate with antibiotics is obvious better than Simple to use antibiotics in the Reduce inflammatory response and Improve clinical symptoms. To use as excipient, honey and alcohol can analgesic, and honey is obvious better than alcohol. And in the anti-inflammatory effects respect, honey is the best, alcohol and water don't have statistically significant differences. Four groups of security has no significant differences. Obviously, the use of high concentration ShuangBaiSan has more quickly effection of pain reliease, it is worth for clinical use.
