Clinical Observation Of Different Doses Of Shuang Bai Shui Mi External Application On Patients With Acute Cholecystitis

ObjectiveTo investigate clinical efficacy on different doses of Shuang Bai Shui Mi external application in patients with acute cholecystitis,observation of control group,low concentration group and high concentration group of patients with changes in temperature,total number of WBC,abdominal pain and tenderness ease time,rebound tenderness alleviate time and heart rate.MethodsThe inclusion of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of the Second surgical departments in line with the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of Hypochondriac Pain and diagnostic criteria of acute cholecystitis aged 16 to 80-year-old patients,a total of 60 cases,of which 20 cases of control group,20 cases of low concentration group,20 cases of high concentration group,the control group only give basic western medicine treatment,low concentration group treatment based on basic western medicine treatment and give Sbuang Bai Shui Mi 250g/agent,(Shuang Bai san100g+starch 100g+sugar12g+few water) four hours per dose,2 times a day, a course of seven days,high concentration group 250g/agent,(Shuang Bai san200g+sugar12g+few water) four hours per dose,2 times a day,a course of seven days,Observation at the end of seven days compared three groups of patients with body temperature changes,changes in WBC,abdominal pain and tenderness ease time,rebound tenderness alleviate time,heart rate changes, use of paired samples t test comparing changes in each group before and after treatment,single way ANOVA comparison of the third group,statistical comparisons of differences in three groups,analysis of different doses of Shuang Bai Shui Mi external application clinical efficacy.ResultsIn this study,60 cases were included in patients with acute cholecystitis, all cases are from the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of the Second surgical treatment of 2007.1-2009.1 patients,control group,low concentration group and high concentration group, in control group of 14 cases of male,6 cases of female,with an average age of 46.2±3.3;in low concentration group 15 cases of male,five cases of female,average age 45.5±3.4,high concentration group,15 male and 5 female cases,The average age of 46.1±3.7.three groups in terms of gender,age, disease,etc.with no significant statistical difference,comparable.Through paired T test,control group,low concentration group and high concentration group has statistically significantly different changes in body temperature, heart rate,total number of leukocytes before pre-treatment.After one-way ANOVA,three groups of patients with abdominal pain and tenderness ease time, rebound tenderness alleviate time,F values were 85.001,117.815,there were statistically significant differences.High concentration group has the shortest time of abdominal pain alleviate time and rebound tenderness alleviate time,in followed by low concentration group,control group the longest,compared the safety of the three groups of no difference.ConclusionThe treatment of Shuang Bai Shui Mi external application in patients with acute cholecystitis,control group,low concentration group and high concentration group,three groups of patients with decreased body temperature, heart rate changes,changes in areas such as the total number of leukocytes has obvious difference before pre-treatment,and high concentration group has shorter time in abdominal pain and tenderness ease time and rebound tenderness alleviate time than the other two groups,three groups of security has no significant differences.Obviously,the use of high concentration Shuang Bai Shui Mi has more quickly effection of pain reliease,it is worth for clinical use.
