Experiment of the establishment of the model of BALB/C-Nu mouse bearing K562 leukemia cells.2. Experiment of the establishment of the model of BALB/C-Nu mouse bearing transplanted tumors of K562 cells.3. The study of the Pharmacodynamics and the anti-leukemia mechanism of DRG on the model of BALB/C-Nu mouse bearing subcutaneous-transplanted tumors of K562 leukemia cells.[Results] 1. Experiment of the establishment of the model of BALB/C-Nu mouse bearing K562 leukemia cells:Comformated intraperitoneal tumor.2. Experiment of the establishment of the model of BALB/C-Nu mouse bearing subcutaneous-transplanted tumors of K562 leukemia cells:The subcutaneous-transplanted tumor model of K562 was successfully established to complete experiment.3. Study of the anti-leukemia effect of DRG on the model of BALB/C-Nu mouse bearing subcutaneous-transplanted tumors of K562 leukemia cells:According to statistical analysis, the weight of tumor, peripheral red blood cells count and white blood cells count obviously went down in low dose group, medium dose group, high dose groups and the CTX group comparing with the negative group (P<0.01). The Spleen index in medium dose group, high dose group and the CTX group obviously went down comparing with the negative group (P<0.01). The expression of Bcl-2 obviously went down went down in low dose group, medium dose group, high dose groups and the CTX group comparing with the negative group (P<0.01). The expression of Bax obviously went up in low dose group, medium dose group, high dose groups and the CTX group comparing with the negative group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] 1. The model of BALB/C-Nu mice bearing K562 cells by inoculating subcutaneously could be successfully established, and the model could be used for the study on anti-leukemia experiments.2. DRG has obvious anti-tumor activity in vivo, it can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor in the BALB/C-Nu mice model. The inhibition rate could reach 63.60% in the group of 125mg/kg dose. 3. DRG can reduce the spleen index, the red blood cells and the white blood cells in the BALB/C-Nu mice bearing subcutaneous-transplanted tumors of leukemia. It may have a certain effect to immune organ and may inhibit the hematopoietic system.4.
