To measure the science and technology advance not only as an important content of the development of clinical disciplines, but also provide the basis for the hospital development plans, and gradually enter the medical system for auditing.The measurement of contribution rate of science and technology advance was significant to make people understand and estimate accurately the function of the science and technology advance in the public health. According to the evaluate system and relation research from domestic and foreign medical institutions, this dissertation would base on Malaquist productivity index, total factor productivity measurement and decomposition of the linear programming model, combine with 30 national key medicine disciplines in Ganzhou, try the best to constru-ct the basic format and preliminary application for estimate the science and technology advan-ce on the clinical medicine in the city.A high-level main discipline need rely on its own advantages to accelerate the formation of professional, promote the development of the other discipline and the overall level of scie-ntific and technological research during the health care, teaching, and research activities. The fact showed the development of science and technology improve the construction of the main clinical discipline and the successful main discipline would promote the development of hosp-ital, which reflected that each hospital has advantages, each discipline had its characteristics and everyone in the discipline has its expertise.The advanced medical technology was the most important factor for a hospital to keep the technical superiority of the main clinical disciplines, to ensure the core competencies and to increase economic growth. To discover the rule of sictech advancement of clinical medicine especially the main discipline and apply to the management of hospital will increase resource efficiency and enhance the sustainable competitive.It was significant to research the main discipline of clinical medicine in thecity. This dis- sertation would define the concept of medical sic-tech advancement and generalize the conce-pt of contribution rate of science and technology advance. The non-parametric measurement, TFP measurement, Malmquist MPI, multiple stepwise regression analysis and other analyze methods would be used in this dissertation. Combine with the horizontal and vertical analysis and research, policy analysis. The system theory and basic principles of management and oth-er methods would be applied for making some recommendations about the steady develment of the main discipline.
