Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of different doses of atorvastatin or plus traditional Chinese medicine QiongShao capsules in patients with coronary borderline lesions.Methods:131 patients with angina pectoris or non-ST elevation AMI were confirmed have coronary borderline lesions in non-intervention vessel or vessel segment by coronary angiography. In addition to conventional treatment, they were randomly divided into 3 groups:atorvastatin 40mg/d(intensive lipid-lowering group, i.e A group); atorvastatin 20mg/d plus Chinese medicine QiongShao two capsules Tid (conventional doses+ Chinese medicine group, i.e B group); atorvastatin 20mg/d (conventional doses group, i.e C group), to intervene. We regularly followed up the patients. follow-up time is 1 month 3 months,6 months,12 months after discharge, and cardiac events, medication side effects and some major biochemical material levels in each group were the observing indexes. Results:The incidence of myocardial infarction and serum lipid improvement in A group is better than that in the other two groups, the difference is significant(P<0.05).In reducing the incidence of typical angina, the A, B groups are better than the C group, the difference is significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Atorvastatin intensive therapy can reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction and further improve serum lipids in patients with coronary borderline lesions and is relatively safe; conventional doses atorvastatin plus traditional Chinese medicine QiongShao capsules is better than conventional doses atorvastatin in reducing the incidence of typical angina. |
