| Objective:To investigate the effects of JIEXU therapy on uterine-ovarian artery bloodstream of the yang-deficiency constitution's patients of salpingitis infertility. Methods:Collected the patients who were in the state of yang-deficiency constitution according to "Chinese constitution classification and determination "standard, and that were diagnosed as salpingitis infertility according to the results of Hysterosalpingography, compared with the healthy women of child-bearing age who required recuperation before pregnancy, both coming from Gynecology clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 2010 to March 2011 period. Observed the bloodstream indexes of uterine artery and ovarian artery in follicular phase of menstrual cycle of both groups by Madison ACCUVIXV10 using color Doppler ultrasonography monitoring of vaginal probe 7.5MHZ, and compared uterine and ovarian artery bloodstream index. The yang-deficiency constitution's patients of salpingitis infertility were treated with JIEXU therapy. Defining 3 menstrual cycle as a period of treatment, have treated for a period of treatment. Observed the changes of clinical symptoms and signs, fallopian tube obstruction, the transformed fraction of yang-deficiency constitution and the bloodstream indexes of uterine artery and ovarian artery in follicular phase of menstrual cycle of the treatment group after treatment. All date were statistically processed by statistical software SPSS17.0.Results:In the clinical study,43 patients of salpingitis infertility were collected, whose average age was 33.42±4.87 years, average duration of infertility was 3.93±2.89 years, including 26 cases experienced abdominal or hysteroscopic or laparoscopic surgery and 4 cases of IVF failure, and 24 cases of healthy women of child-bearing age were collected, whose average age was 31.83±4.92 years.Comparison of the average age of the two groups was no significant difference (P>0.05), which was comparable.1. The clinical study indicated that the total effective rate was 79.07%, the curative rate was 20.93%, the pregnant rate was 11.63%.2. In follicular phase of menstrual cycle, PSV (34.98±8.30) of salpingitis infertility patients'uterine artery were significantly lower than that of healthy women of child-bearing age (40.49±9.50) (P<0.05); RI (0.89±0.07) was significantly higher than that of healthy women of child-bearing age (0.82±0.08) (P<0.01); PI (2.97±0.70) was significantly higher than that of healthy women of child-bearing age (2.62±0.58) (P<0.05). PSV (15.18±3.41), (15.49±4.18) of salpingitis infertility patients'left and right ovarian artery were significantly higher than that of healthy women of child-bearing age (13.56±2.22), (13.58±2.58) (P<0.05); RI (0.85±0.15), (0.84±0.14) were significantly higher than that of healthy women of child-bearing age (0.77±0.14), (0.76±0.14) (P<0.05); PI (2.06±0.78), (2.02±0.60) were significantly higher than that of healthy women of child-bearing age (1.66±0.65), (1.65±0.63) (P<0.05).3. After treatment, the transformed fraction of yang-deficiency constitution of salpingitis infertility (42.62±15.69) was significantly lower than before treatment (58.12±12.62) (P< 0.01). After treatment, PSV (36.94±4.72) of salpingitis infertility patients'uterine artery was significantly higher than before treatment (34.98±8.30) (P<0.05). PSV (14.09±1.33), (14.06±1.68) of left and right ovarian artery were significantly lower than before treatment (15.18±3.41), (15.49±4.18) (P< 0.05). RI (0.78±0.13), (0.77±0.14) was significantly lower than before treatment (0.85±0.15), (0.84±0.14) (P<0.05), PI (1.80±0.27), (1.80±0.33) was significantly lower than before treatment (2.06±0.78), (2.02±0.60) (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Uterine and ovarian artery bloodstream of yang-deficiency constitution's patients of salpingitis infertility is in low perfusion and high impedance state.2. JIEXU Therapy can effectively improve yang-deficiency constitution of the patients of salpingitis infertility, increasing blood perfusion of uterine-ovarian artery and reducing the circulation of these vascular resistance reflects the effects of tonifying asthenia and removing blood stasis. |
