Capsicum annuum L is capsicum of Solanaceae, our country resources is very rich. Its chemical composition and pharmacology activities research have been taken by scholars both at domestic and foreign, given that it can be used as food and medicine.In this paper, we used solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex-20 column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography method isolate5 monomers from Capsicum annuum L, through data of the physical and chemical properties, chromatography, spectroscopy, identified the structure of three compounds which were alkaloids, respectively be nor dihydro-capsaicin, capsaicin, dihydro capsaicin,homocapsaicin. The structures of other monomers were identified in the process.The high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of three substances (nor dihydro capsaicin, capsaicin, dihydro-capsaicin) in 32 difference kinds of hot pepper. The results showed that the highest valu of nor dihydro-capsaicin was S25 which was 0.018%, the minimum content was Diwang which was 0.0042%.;The highest value of capsaicin was Aa9 which was 0.22%, the minimum content was Diwang which was 0.0069%;The highest value of dihydro-capsaicin was Sweet Changfang which was 0.11%, the minimum content was Xiaoxin No.9 which was 0.053%.;The highest value of homocapsaicin was S25 which was 0.012%,the minimum content was A6 which was 0.0001%.In the pharmacological experiments, capsaicin extract on sarcoma S180 inhibition rate, the best was the high dose which is up to 41.57%, the followed was the middle dose group is up to 37.95%, compared with the control group, there were highly significant differences with the high,middle and low dose group (P<0.01). thymus index were significantly different (P<0.05), spleen index also were significantly different (P<0.01); The inhibition rate of H22 in capsaicin extract, the best dose was the middle dose group which is up to 45.22%, the followed was the low dose group which is up to 43.31%, compared with the control group, there were highly significant differences between the high,middle and low dose group(P<0.01), thymus index were significantly different (P<0.05), spleen index also were significantly different (P<0.01), experimental data showed that capsaicin extract has inhibition effects on sarcoma S180 and liver cancer H22.Meanwhile, capsaicin extract can also make control with the body's immune system.Through experimental data and observations showed that petroleum ether, chloroform, butanol extracts of three solvents all have chili broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, wine yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae the 4 species of bacteria, chili is a sufficiently homologous antibacterial activity of plant food and medicine. At different concentrations, three pepper extracts have showed the antibacterial which is better with the concentration increased. At different pH values, the three kinds of pepper extract also showed inhibitory effect, but did not change significantly when the pH is relatively strong antibacterial activity of pH7. Three kinds of pepper extract in a large degree of convergence on the temperature range, have shown good inhibitory effect, indicating that the antibacterial activity of pepper has a certain thermal stability. |
