Candida albicans is a normal human body common bacteria, including oral carrier rate for the most part. Therefore, oral candidiasis is the most human oral fungal infection-prone diseases. With a variety of antibiotics, corticosteroids and immune agents such as drugs in clinical use. and diabetes, people with AIDS,organ transplantation and the increasing incidence of oral candidiasis rising trend year by year. Pathogens in the oral candidiasis Candida albicans in the most toxicand common. Candida albicans also detected in oral leukoplakia was 34%, and has now been confirmed Candida albicans infections associated with white spot prone tomalignant transformation. So for the identification of oral Candida albicans infection oforal fungal diseases and causes of oral cancer prevention research and treatment is very important. The current commonly used method for bacterial identification and moretime-consuming and labor-intensive, in the identification of the speed, accuracy and classification of oral bacteria, there are various ways inadequate.Metabolomics is developed in the past 20 years, low molecular weight metabolites of organisms quantitative and qualitative analysis of the new technology, with fast, efficient and quantitative characteristics.'H-nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) is one of the commonly used methods, it has the advantage that the sample to achieve non-destructive, non-selectivity of the analysis, and time-consuming very little. This method of cells by detecting an organ or a small molecular components of bacteria, obtained the NMR spectra of the sample. then the computer information technology on the NMR data obtained were analyzed to understand the biological significance of metabolite information. Metabolomics detection of oral Candida albicans have not been reported. In this study.1H-NMR-based metabonomics study of oral Candida albicans was detected in the extracellular metabolites to be characteristic of Candida albicans NMR spectrum, combined with principal component analysis of the map data were analyzed to explore the method for testing the feasibility of oral Candida albicans.Experiment consists of the following steps:1. Oral candidiasis in the culture. identification and growth curve mappingThe new issue of oral Candida albicans from patients gargle, the use of CHROMagar Candida cultures grown. Chromogenic medium identified by the bacteria inoculated purified by three generations of test tube slant, cold standby. Recovery of bacteria, the bacteria use the sand castle's medium for culture growth curve.2. Obtain NMR spectra of Candida albicansBacterial culture will be the extracellular metabolites measured using nuclear magnetic resonance bacterial metabolites obtained 1H-NMR spectrum, access to the original free induction decay signal (FID) data. FID data obtained by magnetic resonance imaging and conversion software MESTREC points after treatment, storage, the next step analysis.3. The principal component analysisThe data will be used Simca-P software, principal component analysis method. Conclusion:The metabolism of oral Candida albicans obtained spectra, principal component analysis showed clustering of data between an internal focus, can be used to distinguish oral Candida albicans.1H-NMR-based metabonomics study the development of detection is a good prospect for the rapid detection method of oral Candida albicans.
