Objective:To observe the treatment of Bu Shen Yi Xin Pian on The Patients with Primary hypertension and study the effect mechanism of the BPMethods:60 patients with Primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were treated with the same western medicine (Felodipine Sustaind-release Tablets,5mg, qd;or join beta receptor retarder or diuretic).The treament group was treated with Bu Shen Yi Xin Pian (4 pills, tid).Recording symptoms of all patients before and after treating. Furthermore, observing the change of the index of the concentration of PRA A I and ALD in plasma..Then, applying the statistical soft system of Spss 17.0 for windows to analyze the materials.Result:1.Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%, better than that of the control group which was 80.00%(P<0.01). Obviously, the effect of the interventional therapy group surpass the control group(P<0.05).2. Clinical symptom and sign:After the treatment, melioration of clinical symptom and sign in both groups have significant difference(P<0.05或P<0.01).Compared with the control group, melioration of the trial group, such as headache, dizziness, tinnitus, Palpitations, sore waist, Soft Knee, short breath, insomnia, chilly, frequent micturition, showing significant difference. (P<0.05 or P<0.01), The above result show that therapy of two groups both can help Primary hypertension, and the trial group is better than the control group.3.The effect of BP:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.66%, better than that of the control group which was 80.00%(P<0.01). Obviously, the effect of the interventional therapy group surpass the control group(P<0.01).4.The change of the index of the concentration of PRA, A I and ALD in plasma: After the treatment, both groups, the concentration of ALD in plasma have lower than before the treatment(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, melioration of the trial group showed statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment, both groups, the concentration of PRA and A I in plasma have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The BU SHEN YI XIN PIAN is effective on treatment on The Patients with Primary hypertension, improve patients symptoms and signs, can degrade the concentration of ALD in plasma.
